This is a simple and customizable weight loss tracker designed to help you monitor your daily weight, steps, calorie intake, and fasting hours. It estimates your time to reach your goal weight based on your inputs, including BMR calculations and calories burned from steps and fasting.

This is an early prototype, so I’m planning to add more features and improve usability over time. Your feedback is welcome!

Install instructions
Click the Download button to get the ZIP file.
Once downloaded, extract the ZIP file to a folder on your computer (right-click → Extract All).
Open the extracted folder and double-click the .exe
file to launch the app.
Enter your weight, steps, calories eaten, fasting hours, and other details to start tracking your progress.
Your data will be saved automatically to a CSV file in the same folder for easy review.
